"Survey Says!"

Our class did a survey about when people thought they might start mowing their lawn. After the polls closed more people said that they would be mowing their lawn before Memorial Day and before June 19th the day of Hartford High School graduation. The results say 63% of the people say that they would start mowing the lawn before Memorial Day on the 30th of May. O Tsunami agrees with the results of the survey. More people thought that it would get warmer earlier and the grass would grow faster. Old Man Weather says that he might have to mow his lawn this weekend because the grass is growing fast because of the rain and sunlight. Some folks down in Connecticut started mowing their lawns already.

Survey Results

Old Man Winter's mother really liked our blog, the pictures and our survey. Sunny Sally's dad's friends took the survey.

Most people voted for two or more snowstorms before June, according to Joe the Hurricane. 13% of the people who voted thought that there would be no more storms and 13% also thought there would be more than four storms. Hurricane Girl took the survey at home and she voted for more than four storms.O Tsunami says it is not going to snow anymore and Blizzard Man says he HOPES that there is no more snow. Sky Watcher is hoping for the opposite- tons more snow. There is still time to ski!
